This bread is basically a cake. It's made of the basics: flour, water, salt, sugar, and yeast. You mix it all up and pour it in the pan and bake it. It's an incredibly airy bread that is also super moist and doesn't really taste like whole-wheat bread. It's got a great crust and came together extremely quickly. I actually really like this bread because it is so moist, and will probably eat even more slices before the day ends.
Because it just like a cake, the batter was extremely gooey. You actually have to let it rise for a bit, (about half an hour) which causes a bunch of batter to spill over the side of the pan. It wasn't really a big deal, but I was not expecting it at all. Overall this bread is excellent and easy to make. It tastes really good, looks really good (except for the side that spilled over), and it's moistness contributes a lot to helping it stand out from the other breads I've made so far.
